As twilight settles over the grassy plains, the long table grows quiet, replaced by the glow of the campfire and the gentle lowing of bison nearby. The night hums with prairie life—the whistle of the wind through the grass, the distant call of owls, and the hush of wide-open skies above. Morning arrives softly, with coffee, a hearty farm-fresh breakfast, and a guided walk across meadows and riverbottoms where bison roam and the Bridger Mountains rise in the distance.
